Neeve came up with the idea and I immediately rolled over and said, "Yes, please." Any accolades need to go straight to her. I just put the words down.

Mischief fought valiantly with my horrid shifts in tenses and yet still refrained from offering to put me in cement shoes and drop me off the nearest bridge.

Halloween Challenge

The lovely Mods at slashing_lorne have graciously extended an open invitation for other Lorne comms to join in its Fright Night Challenge. Even though this isn't a Lorne centric comm, we thought this challenge would be perfect because while any ordinary Tuesday is an interesting night at the Diner, what might it be like on Halloween? Like a lot of the Sensual Magic 'verse, are standard myths and lore blown all to hell, or are they confirmed?

The challenge is open to fic and art and the rules are pretty simple: story and art must be set in the Sensual Magic universe and feature Lorne. Your offering can be slash, gen or het. See below for more particulars.

Who?: Lorne - any slash pairing – gen - het
How many?: Fics: as many as you'd like with a 500 word minimum Art: manips, wallpapers, 3 icon minimum.
When?: Start today – Posting Due Halloween weekend.
What?: Halloween and Sensual Magic themed (can include Samhain, All Saint's Day, or a ritual of your own design) fic and/or art limited only by your imagination: from dark terror, to haunting with ghosts, goblins, vampires, werewolves, to darkly erotic scenarios, to comic silliness and fluff celebrating Halloween at Lorne's Diner. Anything goes as long as it's in keeping with the theme. At the end of the challenge, we'll share our Master List with the good folks at slashing_lorne and vice versa.

No sign ups. Posting ONLY from Oct 29th through midnight Oct 31st.
